Anna Waters MA
Based in Tenby, West Wales, Anna Waters is a visual artist working across fine art and arts and health project design and facilitation. Inspired by her walking and kayaking adventures along the Pembrokeshire coast, she creates expressive paintings that capture the movement, light and texture of the coastal landscape. Through layered paint, gestural brushwork, thrown sand and splattered pigment, her work evokes the sensory and emotional experience of being immersed in the coastal environment.
Holding an MA in Art Practice (Arts, Health and Wellbeing), Anna's practice is rooted in the restorative power of creativity. She recently appeared on BBC Countryfile, sharing her painting process and discussing how her art practice supported her recovery from Lyme disease.
Alongside her coastal works, Anna explores environmental and global themes, often using symbolism to reflect on wellbeing and resilience. Her work has been exhibited across Wales and is held in private collections internationally.

focus on portraiture and fashion.
